Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging with all THORENS designer tags still attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
